Refund Policy

At LIFT Facial & Head Spa, we value your time and our commitment to providing high-quality care. Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and no-shows:

 

Services

• All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 days to discuss possible adjustments.

 

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.

 

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• Failure to show up or cancel within 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

• Multiple no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

 

Products

• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days with a receipt.

• Opened or used products are non-refundable, unless defective or allergy-related (proof required).

 

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable, but fully transferable.
